Whether you or your team are cycling, running, or paddling, we remain hopeful that we will see you on Sunday, October 11, at Hopatcong State Park, as we continue to plan a great event in compliance with all current COVID-19 restrictions.
Lake Loop 2020 will feature cycling, running, and paddling activities on Sunday, October 11, at scenic Hopatcong State Park, and participants can choose to do any or all three. Cyclists can choose a 20-, 40-, or 62-mile route on roads around the lake. Runners/walkers can pick a 5k or 1.5-mile path that winds through the park, and paddlers are welcome to complete a 2.5-mile course on beautiful Lake Hopatcong. Kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards can be reserved prior to the event, or participants may bring their own. Afterward, participants will also enjoy a lakeside view, excellent local food, live music, and more.
Teams and individuals are encouraged to fundraise for the cause! Proceeds will benefit the Lake Hopatcong Foundation. This year, a percentage of the proceeds will also go towards COVID-19 relief efforts in our local community.
