With over sixty items to choose from, including some amazing experiences you can share with friends and family, this sneak peek offers you a chance to get ready for the first day of bidding next Tuesday!
We are disappointed that we won’t be able to gather for our annual gala due to COVID-19, but we have been hard at work creating an exciting “VIRTUAL AUCTION” along with two livestream events to bring the community together virtually to support our lake. Auction items will be open for bidding at LHFAuction.givesmart.com from Tuesday, July 21, through Thursday, July 23, closing at 9 pm.
From an excursion kayaking the canals of Lake Hopatcong, to enjoying the incredible music of a concert pianist, there is something for everyone at our auction. Take a peek now and register to make your own watch list and receive updates by text.
Don't miss our virtual "KICKOFF" on Monday, July 20, at 7 pm. The event will be livestreamed to our Facebook page and YouTube channel. Our host, John Byrne, will showcase many of our auction items while guiding us through an enjoyable evening with special guests, musical numbers, door prizes, and even an inside look at how past Lake Hopatcong Yacht Club Commodore Mike Smith makes his famous Bolognese sauce!
Tickets are also still available for our "SPLIT THE POT" cash raffle. Each ticket is $100 and only 300 are available, creating a potential first prize of up to $7,500! Stop by our office or call 973-663-2500 to get your tickets. You’ve got to be in it to win it!
All money raised will support our programs and initiatives focused on fostering a vibrant and healthy Lake Hopatcong and its surrounding community.
Hope to “see” you there!
