This week, April 18-24, is National Volunteer Week, and we wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of our volunteers for their generosity of time, talent, spirit, and resources. We couldn’t even begin to accomplish all we do without them! Their efforts make a positive impact on our community and this week (like every week) we salute each and every one of them.
Volunteering, with the LHF and in general, empowers members of our community to find their purpose and convert their passion into meaningful change. We are so proud to work alongside these amazing volunteers, as we create a vibrant and healthy Lake Hopatcong together.
If you're interested in volunteering with us, please visit our volunteer page for more information.
Whether you're a long-time volunteer or someone who just wants to learn more, we invite you to join us for our upcoming volunteer orientation on Thursday, May 13, at 7 pm, on Zoom. During the orientation, we hope to get a chance to say hello to everyone and share upcoming volunteer opportunities and ways in which you can get involved in 2021. Please register here.
Cheers to you and all that you do. Happy National Volunteer Week!
