After two years of DIY, we’re coming together again to bike, run, and paddle in support of our lake and community on October 2 at Hopatcong State Park!
Lake Loop has something for everyone! Participants choose a single challenge from the following fun activities:
Post-activity, we’ll all come together to enjoy music, lunch, a cold one (21+), and prize announcements, all courtesy of Presenting Sponsor Live the Lake NJ. All participants will also receive a commemorative t-shirt (adults) or finisher’s medal (kids), with our thanks for participating.
Win prizes when you help us raise the resources needed to protect and improve Lake Hopatcong. The Lake Loop is a chance to come together and celebrate our lake as a recreational resource and raise funds to help keep it clean, healthy, and safe – now and into the future. Big prizes will be awarded to the individual and the team that raises the most money!
This year’s BIG TEAM PRIZE for most funds raised is your own private cruise aboard the Miss Lotta, courtesy of Lake Hopatcong Cruises! The contents of the top fundraising INDIVIDUAL’s prize basket will be announced soon, as well as the prizes raffled off just for registering for the event…
There’s no legwork to getting your fundraising page going (save the legwork for the event)! When you register, your own personal fundraising page is automatically created and emailed to you, with the option to form or join a team. Share the links to your personal and/or team fundraising pages widely: with your friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, dog walker, mail carrier, dental hygienist – anyone and everyone who will support your run/ride/paddle. You can see how your fundraising stacks up to other Lake Loopers at any time on lakeloop.org (just click the "fundraising" button!).
More information is popping up on lakeloop.org every day, with updated cue sheets coming up next for our cyclists. So, punch that registration button and keep it tuned to lakeloop.org for more details!
