The Lake Environment. The Lake Experience.

We are dedicated to improving Lake Hopatcong for all, now and in the years to come. Since our founding in 2012, we have worked toward that goal through in a variety of ways:

1,000+ local elementary school students learned about lake ecology, history, and safety.

200+ invasive water chestnut plants removed

Uniting the four lakeside towns at the annual Lake Hopatcong Block Party

80+ additional patrols funded during the lake’s busiest summer days

23,345 pounds of debris pulled from the lake bed during the last five-foot drawdown

Subsidizing the cost of “B-SAFE” dock numbers, covering more than 25% of the docks around the lake
