On Friday evening, June 5, the Foundation premiered a solo recital performance by celebrated Hungarian pianist (and Hopatcong resident!) Peter Toth. More than 100 people tuned in to the premiere and watched the performance with us online. We truly enjoyed coming together in this virtual way and being able to say hi and chat during the concert!
Peter Toth, one of the most recognized artists of his generation, performed selections from Beethoven, Chopin, and Liszt all in support of the Foundation, and we were simply awed by his performance. If you haven't had a chance to watch it yet, you can view the performance on Facebook and YouTube.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Peter Toth for his support and generosity in sharing his immense talent. We would also like to thank Rich Romeo for always being willing to make everyone smile while he garners support for our mission and Sparta High School senior Isabella Horowitz for compiling and editing the video.
Finally, we would like to thank all who joined us for the premiere, all who have watched since, and all who made donations to support a vibrant and healthy Lake Hopatcong and its surrounding community. Donations can be made HERE.
You don't want to miss this.
