NJDEP Annual HAB Summit replay

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) hosted its 3rd Annual HAB Summit on March 23, 2022, to share information, updates, and progress related to Harmful Algal Bloom (HAB) science, monitoring, response, management, treatment, and communication. Government officials, lake and other environmental commissions, watershed associations, environmental nonprofits, businesses, academics, lakes management, and HAB treatment experts were just some of the attendees at the virtual summit. 

Recordings of the morning and afternoon sessions as well as speaker bios and a program booklet are all available on NJDEP's website. The videos include numerous informational presentations ranging from  "Keeping Your Pets Safe from HABs" to "The Benefit of Riparian Buffers" and "New Autonomous Surface Vehicle for NJ Lakes."
