Past Lake Loopers and Future Loopers (you read it here first – Future Loopers is now officially coined as a thing!) have been inquiring about this year’s event, and we’re happy to give you this very important update.
The goal-smashing success that was the 2020 Virtual Lake Loop Challenge – both as a fundraiser with an impressive $60K raised and as a fitness challenge with a breathtaking 2,054 hours of activity – is back.
And it’s even better than last year.
Introducing the 2021 Virtual Lake Loop Challenge: a choose-your-challenge event that will take place anywhere you like, any time you like, any way you want, from October 8 – 15.
On Sunday, October 17 from 12:30-3:30 pm - with support from our partnering sponsor Live the Lake NJ - we’ll be hosting an in-person Awards Ceremony and Celebration at Hopatcong State Park, with music, food, refreshments, and prizes for participants who fundraise the most money and clock the most activity.
Like last year, we’ll be keeping everyone connected online, giving away prizes just for participating, and challenging participants to get active and help us raise funds to foster a vibrant and healthy Lake Hopatcong.
Registration for the Virtual Lake Loop Challenge will open next week, so look out for the link and get ready to join the movement!
