We sincerely thank all who made Lake Loop 2019 on October 13 at Hopatcong State Park such a success!

It was a stunning day for Lake Loop 2019!  Approximately 250 people joined us to bike, run, or paddle their way around Lake Hopatcong. We love the energy and enthusiasm that surrounds Lake Loop, it’s such a unique and enjoyable day.

Volunteer and bike route organizer Doug Palen and Lake Loop Chairwoman Becky Rubenstein welcome the first wave of riders to Lake Loop 2019.

As with many fundraising events, it’s the volunteers who make the day run smoothly, and Lake Loop is no exception. A HUGE THANK YOU  to the more than 60 amazing volunteers who keep the many facets of Lake Loop flowing seamlessly, we couldn’t do it without them! We’re so blessed to have such a great group of folks working on our behalf, especially event coordinator Becky Rubenstein, who has built this event to the incredible day of activities on the lake that it has become. We also have to thank the many folks from Live the Lake NJ who support this event with assistance in so many areas, including marketing, planning, setup and breakdown, providing lunch, AND providing financial support as our main event sponsor!

LHF President Jess Murphy, Lake Loop Chairwoman Becky Rubenstein, and Hopatcong State Park Superintendent Melissa Castellon at Lake Loop 2019.

Speaking of sponsors, we have a huge number of sponsors that help out in so many ways. Please take a look to the left of this page and help us in thanking everyone who contributed to the day and the success of Lake Loop 2019.

We would also like to thank the state’s Division of Parks and Forestry and its staff for the use of Hopatcong State Park, which could not be a more perfect setting for our event.

Finally, we would like to thank everyone who participated and those who reached out to family and friends and raised funds for the Lake Hopatcong Foundation. Although Lake Loop is a wonderful day that gets people on and around the lake, it is also a day that benefits our lake and community by raising funds to support programs and initiatives focused on improving the lake environment and experience for all.

Cheers to all, and thank you so much for an exceptional Lake Loop 2019!
