The Opening of the 11th Annual Highlands Juried Art Exhibit, featuring an impressive mix of original photography, paintings, sculpture and mixed media, all inspired by the landscapes, flora, fauna and historic and cultural resources of the four-state Highlands region, with particular emphasis on the New Jersey Highlands, will take place on Sunday, October 20, 2024. There will be also be an Artists' Award Reception on Sunday, Novermber 3, 2024 from 2:00-5:00 p.m. at the newly restored Maxfield Engine House, 713 Main Street, Boonton NJ.
The exhibit will be on display until December 29, 2024. Visitors are welcome during regular visiting hours posted on the website: https://highlandsart.org/contact-hours-directions
Exhibited work is for sale, with a portion to benefit the New Jersey Highlands Coalition.
